First impression is everything. When I went to visit this centre on portland hills , I spoke with the director assistant, who was very cold . I didn't feel welcome and she didn't even smile . I spoke to the director after and she was professional, however , very cold as well ! I liked that the centre has a webcam which made me feel confident that I can check and see how my daughter is doing. I registered my daughter, for some reason, she had a very hard time at the centre. I noticed everytime I visit the centre, one of the staff girls always yelling and talking loudly to the kids. Also, when I asked her for suggestion on how to help my daughter get comfortable and eat as she wan't, she told me : I don't know what else we can do, we tried everything ! On top of everything, the centre is very expensive and there policy is terrible , where you have to pay $150 registration fee and one month in advance. In addition, you have to give them 2 mon, plus 2 months notice. Bad experience for sure !
